Bryan Rozencwaig, Esq.

 A born and raised New Yorker, Bryan has been a real estate attorney since in 1991.   A graduate of Stuyvesant High School, New York University and Fordham Law, Bryan has lived, studied and worked in NYC his whole life.  

 

His background and enthusiasm for real estate led him to found Rozencwaig Realty in 1999. Over the past 27 years Bryan has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions including representing landlords, tenants, sublessors, sublessees, buyers, sellers, co-op boards, condo boards, co-op shareholders, condo owners, banks and lienholders.   His broad knowledge from the perspective of virtually all sides of any real estate transaction maximizes the value of his clients' real estate interests, anticipates potential issues and generates resolutions.

 

 In addition to real estate, Bryan is also a tax attorney and advises clients on tax implications of each real estate deal.  

 

Bryan is fluent in Spanish and in his free time loves to exercise and play basketball, and most importantly enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

Very few endeavors are as nerve-wracking and time-consuming as buying or selling real estate in New York City.  Nanette's wide range of experience and naturally calm and patient demeanor, provides clients a sense of calm in the chaos.  She knows how to close a deal quickly and smoothly.  She has a knack for listening carefully to a clients' needs and being able to translate that into finding the right home or findng the right buyer for her sellers. She provides clients with a balanced perspective and whether selling or buying, her thoughtful advice, combined with her tireless work ethic, has resulted in consistent repeat clients and referrals.   
 
Nanette has lived in Manhattan for over twenty-five years.  She earned her Juris Doctor at Fordham Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.  
 
Prior to forming Rozencwaig Marks Realty, Nanette worked as Vice President Business and Legal Affairs for Lorne Michaels’ production company, Broadway Video Inc.  (Saturday Night Live).  After the birth of her children, Nanette took a short hiatus from law to open her own custom invitation company, Notes by Nanette where she created and designed invitations for high profile weddings and parties in NYC.  In 2011, Nanette began practicing real estate law in New York which gave her experience in commercial and residential transactions, sales and rentals of condos and coops, and due diligence on investment properties for clients.    Her brokerage license has been a natural extension of her real estate law practice.
  
Having raised her children in NYC, she is very knowledgeable about the best school districts and the offerings for families in many neighborhoods around the city.  She has lived downtown, the Upper West Side and the Upper East Side.   When not hard at work, or busy with her husband and two young adult children, Nanette volunteers with her therapy dog Teddy at Memorial Sloan Kettering. There, she and Teddy bring smiles and puppy love to cancer patients of all ages.
